Fees
Practicum fees are generously subsidized by funding from the Ministry of Attorney General and the Law Foundation of British Columbia.
The fee for the Small Claims Practicum is $2500 + HST. A deposit of $300 is required with the application and the remaining balance is due upon acceptance to the Practicum.
If you are unable to participate in the Practicum after being accepted, a request for refund must be made in writing no less than seven days prior to the first mandatory orientation session, and a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. Cancellations later than seven days prior to the start of the Practicum will be subject to a charge of $300.
Failure to attend any mandatory orientation session or otherwise complete the Practicum will result in the forfeiture of the full fee unless otherwise decided at the Program Manager’s complete discretion.
