Mediation can be an effective way of addressing conflicts in the workplace where participants create a go-forward plan that addresses their own needs as well as those of the organization.

Many of our mediators offer distance and online services to meet the needs of organizations with staff in multiple locations and more remote areas.

Mediate BC has a list of Registered Roster Mediators (RRM) that are ready to help you. Mediate BC sets standards for training, experience and professionalism and each mediator on our Civil Roster meets these requirements.
Mediate BC RRMs have insurance, adhere to the Standards of Conduct for Mediators and are subject to a Complaint Process should you have concerns regarding the mediation process.
