Last Wishes and Emotionally Challenging Mediations

Mediators often work with very strong emotion and in emotionally challenging contexts. In this interview mediator Sierra Wells shares her expertise in mediating when there are very strong emotions, such as with the family of a young mother who died unexpectedly about how her last wishes should be carried out, and in child protection mediations after child removal has occured.
