Generations of Mediators

Posted by mbcstaff

In this conversation three "Generations" of mediators discuss their experiences with becoming a mediator and how to build a practice. Sharon Sutherland also joins as an impromptu guest to discuss getting on the child protection roster.

Wendy Lakusta, was a mentor to Kellie Tennant when she was starting out as a mediator. Similarly Kellie was a mentor to Lana Whatley. These three women, along with Sharon Sutherland, discuss how they built their practice, how things have changed in the conflict resolution profession, and current challenges and opportunities.
