March 8th was International Women's Day. Using that day as inspiration, for the month of March we've featured women leaders in the field of conflict resolution, learned from their wisdom and experience and listened to their stories. Carol Roberts has been a notable leader in the realm of conflict resolution as a Civil and Commercial Mediator and Arbitrator. Carol has worked in the area of alternative dispute resolution since 1992 and she has extensive experience as an adjudicator and tribunal member in a variety of areas including Sports Disputes, Property Assessment, Human Rights, Employment, and Workers Compensation.
