Experience working with families of diverse cultural backgrounds, fluent in Farsi.

My training at the Justice Institute of BC in Family Mediation accompanied with my education and work as a Registered Clinical Counsellor has served me well in helping families to make important decisions and move on in a positive way from their unfortunate situations. As in the court system, the interests of the child(ren) are always paramount and my unique background can help both parties to understand the importance of using a process that reaches agreement based on the child's interests in a way that the courts may not. I help clients overcome trauma from childhood everyday in my practice as a counsellor, and can help parents rise above disagreements to do the right thing for their child's future.
