I have a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution and 20 years of mediation experience in a range of cultures, contexts and dispute situations. I specialize in providing conflict analysis, process design and tailored dispute resolution interventions. I'm also an experienced conflict engagement educator/trainer and deliverer of workshops and professional development initiatives. Philosophically anchored in the importance of achieving conscious congruence between the Dispute Resolution dimensions of Attitude, Process and Skills.
