As the former Director of Mediation and Conflict Resolution Programs at the BC Labour Relations Board, I have twenty plus years experience in mediating a vast array of high profile labour and local work place disputes in both the public and private sectors. I specialize in preventative approaches to mediation including relationship building, training and coaching in conflict management.

I am a proponent of taking steps to go beyond the presenting symptoms of conflict to identify the root cause of the conflict in order to better inform intervention(s) and achieve enduring resolution(s). I approach each case through collaborative dispute resolution design, implementation and evaluation.
