Willing to work with multi-party disputes. Able to provide mediation facilities.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree and my law degree from the University of British Columbia. I was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 2015. My wife and I have lived in Delta, B.C. since 1981 and we have three sons who live with their wives and children in the Lower Mainland. I have been a trial lawyer for more than 40 years and I have experience in personal injury, criminal, family, commercial and employment law.
I believe in community service. I am currently the President and a Director of the Dan's Legacy Charitable Foundation (https://www.danslegacy.com) helping to provide youth in B.C., who have experienced trauma, with effective counselling, education, vocational and other support programming. I am a Past President of Baseball B.C., a former Parks Commissioner for the City of Delta and a former member of the Delta Police Board.
I am a keen baseball fan and I enjoy photography, kayaking and cooking.
