I am a Chartered Mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada, a Fully Comprehensive Family Mediator with Family Mediation Canada, a member of both the Civil and Family Rosters of Mediate BC Society, and a designate of The Institute of Family Enterprise Advisors. I also hold many certifications in mediation and negotiation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. My primary focus in mediation is to provide disputants with timely, cost effective solutions that are reached through consensus and are maintainable. I work toward facilitating a respectful relationship between the parties especially when they are likely to engage in an ongoing relationship, thus minimizing the potential for any future conflict.
