Child Protection Roster Mediator Details
2008
I have experience working with multi-party disputes, working with Indigenous families and communities and have also had training and experience interviewing children and youth. My previous work as a doula, breastfeeding counsellor and parenting educator also assist me in working with pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and young families.
I have been practicing as a mediator since 2008 and enjoy travelling to small communities to offer my services as a mediator and facilitator. My strengths are understanding rural and remote communities since I grew up in a remote community and currently live on a small rural reserve. I believe that dignity and respect are the cornerstones of a good mediation process. I am a member of the Gis_seyhu clan of the Wet'suwet'en.
