Frank is in the unique position to blend Western mediation orientations with traditional Indigenous practices of collective and restorative healing. Coming from a large extended family, Frank feels strongly in the importance of familial relationships and human connection. Frank has several publications related to Indigenous justice issues.
Scholastically, I have a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Thompson Rivers University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. I have certifications for Family Mediation, for conflict resolution specializing in mediation/third party intervention, and an associate certification in conflict coaching from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. I am happy to be included on the Child Protection Mediator roster and I look forward to working with families and Nations.
