I am an experienced Conflict Management Consultant and provide services throughout British Columbia including: mediation, facilitation, workplace investigations and training. I am experienced in providing conflict resolution services in the following areas:

-Families (including: child protection, divorce, multigenerational family conflict, addiction, family violence, complex trauma, grief, mental health challenges);
-Workplaces (including: unionized and non-unionized environments, non-profit organizations, businesses, educational institutions, government institutions and corporations);

I specialize in creating safe, interest-based and productive conversations where participants feel encouraged to express themselves and collaboratively problem solve. I have extensive cross-cultural experience, and always support processes that are inclusive for all parties and meet each individual where they are at.

I have a Masters Degree in Counselling, a Certificate in Conflict Resolution with a specialization in Family Mediation and am a member in good standing with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutes of BC and Canada.
