I am a lawyer with 28 years of experience in child protection and family law. This experience has made
me acutely aware of the need to do things differently when it comes to helping families and protecting
our children.
I am a mediator because mediation is an opportunity for people to work together, along side of or
instead of court processes, in order to generate creative, individually tailored solutions to their disputes.
Mediation offers the chance for healing instead of continued conflict. That is what draw me to
mediation, and that is what I hope to offer mediation participants.
