I have 31 years experience as a lawyer and 16 years as a mediator. I have conducted and participated in a large number of successful mediations involving First Nations issues.

I commenced the practice of law in 1979 in Saskatchewan. I practiced there for 14 years. I developed my skills as a mediator and conciliator through extensive experience with the Unified Family Court. I dealt with all kinds of issues from civil disputes to criminal disputes and, particularly, family matters. I relocated to Vancouver Island in 1993 and have practiced on a full time basis since then. I have focussed on mediation and have progressively developed an ever expanding practice in that area. I have completed hundreds of successful mediations. I am happy to travel and otherwise accommodate persons requiring mediation services.
