I am the principal of Singer Communications Inc., and an experienced and skilled mediator, facilitator, team builder and trainer with fifteen years of experience in the areas of dispute resolution, training and development, and Respectful Workplace programs.

In my mediation practice, I specialize in child protection, family, commercial, human rights, and workplace mediation. I have been a mediator with the Child Protection Mediation Program since the program's inception in 1998 and am curently the Manager of Training for the Child Protection Mediation Practicum.

I have extensive experience mediating aboriginal child welfare issues in child protection matters, in particular with Stolo Nation aboriginal families and bands in the Fraser Valley.

I hold a Masters' Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia, a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia's Centre for Conflict Resolution, and a teaching certificate through the Professional Development Program at Simon Fraser University. As well, I have received certification as a Family Relations Mediator through Family Mediation Canada.
