I am a professionally qualified Mediator and Arbitrator with over 30 yrs experience in the insurance industry both as a manager and claims professional. Given my experience I possess a thorough knowledge of human resource and labour relations practices in both union and non-union environments. I specialize in personal injury, personal injury motor vehicle, insurance, negligence, small claims, construction and employment mediations. Additionally I mediate Child Protection cases. My training was obtained from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and the British Columbia Arbitration and Mediation Institute. Additional education & training in business management was obtained from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Simon Fraser University.
