Distance Mediation Practice Guidelines Published in French

Posted by Heverton.Oliveira

Disponible en français: Le manuel de pratique de la médiation familiale à distance.

Back in 2015 we proudly announced that the Comite Des Organismes Accrediteurs en Mediation Familiale (Quebec) had published on its website a translated version of Mediate BC's Distance Mediation Practice Guidelines. Since then, the Barreau du Québec also published an adapted version for Civil and Commercial distance mediation. See the document here.

These guidelines were a key deliverable from our Distance Mediation Project, a six-year research initiative funded by the Law Foundation of BC, that explored the use of technology-assisted family mediation (focusing on separation and divorce issues).
