Adhering to the Standards of Conduct is one of the requirements for maintaining Med-Arb Roster status.
Mediate BC provides a process to manage complaints concerning Registered Roster Mediators and associates conduct of mediations and med-arbs relating to the Standards of Conduct for Mediators and the Med-Arb Standards of Conduct.
The Complaint Process includes both an informal process where a complaint can be resolved by the parties and a formal hearing process.
Mediate BC has set some of the highest Standards of Conduct for Mediators and Med-Arb Practitioners in Canada.
