As a Parenting Coordinator and Child Interviewer, I have experienced the 'good' and the 'bad' of parenting arrangements. I know that no parent wants to choose the 'bad', but it happens all the time.

A significant amount of my mediation work these days is focused on assisting parents to avoid the 'bad' before it gets there.

I expect you are reading my profile in search of a means to resolve a potential or actual dispute. I would sincerely like to assist. My approach is to strive to work together to create as positive a resolution as possible.

I was called to the bar in 1987. I am a Mediator, Collaborative Lawyer, Parenting Coordinator, Child Interviewer and Family Law Arbitrator. Each of these roles is designed to assist a couple to proceed through the transition and restructuring of their family in the best way possible so as to avoid and manage the potential negatives that are so difficult and potentially long lasting for each member of the family.
