I have been a lawyer since 1987. Before starting my own family law practice, I worked in the non-profit sector, in government and doing access to justice policy and research. Throughout my career I have been dedicated to improving the dispute resolution system for families.

As a lawyer, I limit my practice to non-court approaches to resolving conflict. As a mediator, I bring my life experience and extensive training to help people build their own agreements.
