I have worked with families for over 25 years. I have had the honour of being invited to the table in family homes, community organizations, Indigenous communities, schools and government offices. I bring a high level of empathy, understanding, problem solving and conflict resolution to a situation.
It is this experience of working with diverse individuals and groups that I bring with me to mediation and I am humbled by what I continue to learn from others. I use an interest-based model for mediation that focuses on moving forward from the present to get to an agreed upon, sustainable outcome.

Please note: I am not currently accepting separation/divorce mediation referrals. However, I am available for general family disputes or disputes involving families and government services or school districts.

I enjoy giving back to my community. I was involved with the Victoria Society for Children with Autism as both a board member and President. I am a founding member of 100+ Women Who Care Victoria, an organization that has fund-raised and donated over $100,000 annually for charities in Greater Victoria.

Raised in Ontario, I moved to Victoria over 20 years ago. The coast is now my home and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in this beautiful little part of the world.
