Trained as a child interviewer through B.C. Hear the Child Society. Trained to conduct distance mediation utilizing WebEx, or similar platforms. Able to travel to mediation sites outside the Okanagan.

I am a Chartered Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator with ADR Canada. I have been mediating since 1985, and arbitrating for the last 10 years.

I am a member of Mediate B.C.'s civil and family rosters and was part of the original Board that established that organization.

I am a member of the B.C. Hear the Child Society, and was the first chair of the founding board of that society. I was a mediator in the second and third phases of the Mediate B.C., Distance Mediation Project, and received the training and experience to conduct family disputes utilizing Webex, conference calling, or similar platforms. I am a trained collaborative family lawyer, and a member of the Okanagan Collaborative Family Law group.

I have arbitrated disputes in the area of condominium strata council disputes, construction law, and family law. I have practiced law in British Columbia since 1975.
