It’s important that you feel as comfortable as possible during the mediation process. In most circumstances, we can work face-to-face in my dedicated meeting space in Victoria. The space is accessible, comfortable, private and also offers free street parking. I can also consider other meeting locations, or in select circumstances, we can work virtually.
Divorce doesn’t have to be a long and unnecessarily painful process.
You can solve the issues, move on… and come out stronger after it all.

Choosing a good mediator is the first step.

When I divorced, I made a BIG mistake. I blindly accepted advice and recommendations from my lawyer about which mediator to use and ended up spending a painful amount of time and money on mediation that was poorly run.

My mediation actually sucked!

You see, I’d been a sought-after industry leader in visual facilitation and management consultancy for over eight years. I had a critical eye for well-run meeting dialogue. I’d been designing meeting processes to engage people and align them towards action in organizations all over the world.

With the power of visual communication methods, I’ve helped hundreds of organizations tackle a wide range of deep-rooted and cutting-edge issues.

I found myself wondering how my mediation could have been so lacking. So, I decided to become a mediator myself. I’ve blended my visual facilitation skills with mediation, to ensure no one has to go through what I did.

I became determined to create a high-quality divorce mediation process.

I want you to have the greatest possible chance to come to agreement. I know how hard divorce is, and how important it is to handle things in a way that preserves the relationship you will need as a basis for co-parenting afterwards.

I can offer you (and your lawyers if you choose to have them there) a better way to communicate and gain insight when solving separation issues in mediation. Visual mediation was developed specifically for people like you, who want to feel empowered to make the best decisions for yourself and for your family. When you're under stress and making life-changing decisions, you'll be able to listen, think, understand and remember better when you can see the information in front of you.

I’m here focused on one thing – serving you while you get through the most difficult time of your life.

I also speak about visual mediation at legal conferences and teach visual communication skills to experienced mediators. Additionally, I co-mediate with mediators who wish to improve the process with the power of visual communication.
