Retired - now mentoring.

My mediation practice started in 1985, and my first time teaching family mediation was in 1993. I still enjoy family mediation, teaching transformative leadership and mediation, and developing conflict system design models for families in transition.
At this stage in my career, I use my practice to help other mediators develop theirs, so prefer co-mediation.
