I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1975 and a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1979. I was called to the Bar in 1980 and since then have practiced continuously with the same firm in Prince George, B.C. My practice is limited to civil litigation and mediation. I act for Plaintiffs, Defendants and Insurers with respect to personal injury matters. As well, I do a variety of estate, construction and miscellaneous civil files. I conduct mediations privately and am on the accredited list of several mediation firms. As well, I am a member of the BC Arbitration and Mediation Institute, ADR Institute of Canada, Commercial Mediation Association, Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association and The Automobile Insurance Committee of the Canadian Bar Association.
