From 1981 until 2005 I was a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of personal injury, construction, wrongful dismissal, wills and estates and commercial disputes. By 1998 I realized that mediation was a better way to resolve conflict and began to mediate and in 2005 I left my law firm to focus on mediation and arbitration.

I have mediated approximately 4000 disputes in many communities within BC from the Lower Mainland to Fort St. John. These have included personal injury claims, construction and commercial disputes, fire and property insurance claims, real estate development litigation, and partnership issues.

In 2014 mediator Paul Taberner and I started CanSolve Mediation and are able to provide a variety of dispute resolution services throughout the province.

I am passionate about helping people deal with conflict; and about music and youth sports, particularly soccer.
