My specializations include: working with the lgbtq community; those with disabilities; multi-party (very large) groups and agencies; working with First Nations Communities, and Band Councils. I have access to mediation facilities in Victoria, Duncan and Nanaimo.
I have been practising as a mediator for 18 years and working with families in the social services for 38 years. I have been practising as a parent coordinator and arbitrator for 10 years.
I believe participants should be allowed to determine the course of their conflict resolution and work with the party's to plan their process with them.
I have recently begun practising in elder mediation and look forward to working with families to plan for their elder's care, estates and wills.
I work with party's in different geographic locations through distance mediation.
I wish to begin working in the area of ICBC mediations and am currently training for this.
I live with my partner and our animal friends in Cobble Hill.

Sliding scale available based on income.
With 48 hours notice there is a fee for 2 hours of my fees payable by the party cancelling mediation.
With 24 hours notice there is a fee for 4 hours or the amount of time scheduled for mediation payable by the party cancelling mediation.
Special circumstances will be considered.
