Cultural Experience:First Nations Peoples, Agencies and Communities

With 30 years experience in the property/casualty field I have extensive experiences with severe and complex injury and property losses. With a focus on resolving conflicts, I have successfully negotiated hundreds of resolutions for all parties in the matters at hand in a respectful and equitable manner for all. I understand the nuances involved in negotiations and bring those skills to the table. I have experience in management and union contract negotiations as well as human resources. I am a volunteer Facilitator for the South Okanagan Restorative Justice Program. I bring a wide perspective that can be beneficial to all parties.
