I have experience in multi-party disputes.
I am a Vancouver based mediator and business consultant with over 30 years of personal injury experience in motor vehicle claims. Having partaken in thousands of personal injury mediations, I have extensive capability in the resolution of bodily injury cases, especially head injury and catastrophic claims. Prior to recently retiring I worked over 25 years as a litigation manager and am familiar with the law and assessing risk on behalf of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. I have been fortunate to work with both the Plaintiff and Defence bar in resolving claims.
