I have worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years. I have had the honour of being invited to the table in businesses, non-profits, community organizations, Indigenous communities, schools, and government offices. I bring a high level of empathy, understanding, problem solving, and conflict resolution. It is this experience of working with diverse individuals and groups that I bring with me to mediation and I am humbled by what I continue to learn from others.
I use a solution and interest-based model for mediation that focuses on moving forward from the present to get to an agreed upon, sustainable outcome.
Conflict management and coaching services are also available.

    I am available to travel to other communities. Travel fees and expenses to be determined depending on destination.
    I require 24 hours notice if pre-mediation or mediation needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If a party cancels mediation with less than 24 hours notice that party is responsible for a fee equal to one hour of billable time.
    If I am travelling to another community non-refundable travel expenses are the responsibility of the cancelling party.
