2002
I provide a safe space for parties to discuss in a respectful and productive manner to achieve fair, comprehensive, and meaningful solutions. My passion lies in facilitating transformative conversations that foster mutual empathy and enhance intercultural understanding amongst individuals from various cultures.

My mediation work focuses on working with individuals and groups who have or work with complex circumstances such as human rights, employment/workplace, business disputes, involvement with the legal system, strata corporation, landlord-tenant, and immigration.

I provide the full range of services by distance via conference calls, Zoom, MS Teams, and Webex.
I have a Master in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University (2021), a LL.B. in Civil Law from Nicolae Titulescu University (2002), and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution: Third-Party Intervention from Justice Institute of B.C. (2015).

I have a diverse practice providing mediation, facilitation, training, coaching services, and can advise on conflict management strategies on civil matters and small claims issues.

I have extensive cross-cultural experience gained from living and working in Europe and North America.

I am a member of the Institute for Mediation and Conflict Resolution Roster of New York City assisting parties to find alternative methods for managing and resolving a wide range of conflicts, from interpersonal disputes to those involving the judicial system.

I am also a member of the City of New York Civil Court Statewide Mediator Directory providing mediation services for the Small Claims Court on a wide range of issues such as medical malpractice, business-consumer, real estate, landlord-tenant, juvenile delinquency, and presumptive ADR.
