I've trained in Conflict Resolution (Justice Institute), Court Mediation (Mediate BC), Mediation/Arbitration (Continuing Legal Education - BC), Arbitration (BC Arbitration and Mediation Institute) and International Law (University of London).

I have extensive experience in real estate development and construction, strata, landlord-tenant and workplace dispute settlement.

My experience negotiating collective agreements on both sides of the table allows me to assist parties to resolve important issues through an interest-based approach that is rare in most labour relations settings.

My mediation style is relaxed and supportive to encourage meaningful participation in a safe and neutral environment. I bring my full attention and dedication to assist parties towards mutually acceptable resolutions.
