I am a nationally Chartered Mediator with over 20 years of experience. I carry a certificate in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Management. In addition to mediation, I also help with Facilitated Conversations, Workplace Investigations/Assessments and Conflict Management Skills Coaching. These services can be provided through a shuttle process if the parties are unable to be at the same location. I also do online distance mediation if parties are unable to attend in person.

I am a Mediator on roster with Mediate BC Civil and Family Rosters, WorkSafeBC Prohibited Action Complaints, British Columbia Public Service Agency and Agri-Food and Agriculture Canada Farm Debt Mediation. In addition I mentor newer mediators and am a lead at www.mediationpracticegroup.com. I also accept cases that do not qualify for any of the above programs.

I am a member of Family Mediation of Canada, ADRI Canada, Mediate BC, and ADR Institute of Alberta which have a Standard of Ethics and Conduct to which I adhere.
