Richard Peck and I set up our own firm in 1980 and I began doing some defense files for ICBC in addition to my Plaintiffs work and criminal defense. In 1989 I joined Harper Grey as a partner and began working on medical regulatory work and the defense of doctors in civil actions against them. I was appointed Special Prosecutor under the Crown Counsel Act and handled many high profile prosecutions.
I have continued to represent Plaintiffs and defendants in Personal injury actions in the 25 years I have been at Harper Grey. I will be leaving Harper Grey on June 30th 2017 to pursue a mediation practice. I have been retained on a number of cases to act as arbitrator on UMP claims. I have acted as mediator on two motor vehicle actions in 2016.
