Lee is a member of the Mediate BC Civil Roster, ADRBC, and Family Mediation Canada. She maintains a diverse dispute resolution consulting practice throughout the Lower Mainland and Sunshine Coast: she facilitates and consults in various areas: governments, NGOs, schools, indigenous reconciliation issues, commercial, insurance, workplace, estates, and family disputes, both inter-generational and partner separation. She instructs, acts as a mentor or coach to assist experienced professionals in improving workplace processes or mediation skills, and is a faculty member for the Centre for Conflict Resolution, Justice Institute of BC.
Lee also specializes in governance, effective meetings, and systems management process consultation: collaborative design/implementation and mentoring to improve dispute resolution processes. For 12 years as elected Regional District Director, she served her Sunshine Coast Community and co-managed the Court Mediation Program. She has designed both civil and family mediation practicum programs, and several organizational skill assessment processes. She is currently a Faculty Member for the Centre for Conflict Resolution at JIBC where she teaches and assesses negotiation and mediation skills, instructs Ethical Dilemmas for Mediators online, and acts as a coach for both JIBC and ADRIC.
