I have extensive experience in business disputes and issues involving Partnerships, Shareholders and Founders, Landlord and Tenant as well as the Mining Industry.
As a business lawyer for over 30 years, my experience has shown that mediation is a powerful way to resolve business disputes, with benefits as to cost, flexibility, timing and confidentiality. My approach is to help the parties to creatively and efficiently find practical business solutions to their disputes, keeping in mind their long term goals.

I have dealt with all levels of Mining, from staking claims, early exploration, financing, joint ventures to operating mines. I am also experienced in Landlord and Tenant disputes. I provide both in person and online mediation services.

I have international business experience including US, Australia, UK, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Papua New Guinea.

    The fee will depend on the complexity of the mediation, the number of parties in the mediation and whether travel is required. I do not charge for items such as photocopying or scanning or travel of less than one hour. Minimum fee is 3 hours. In addition to my hourly fee, the parties are required to pay for any reasonable disbursements including room rental and travel.
    There is no charge for cancellations with at least 5 business days notice. If less than 5 business days notice, full fees to a maximum of $750 will apply.
