Throughout her legal career, I have been very involved in mediations as counsel, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants.
My experience as a lawyer includes civil claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, occupiers liability, and estate litigation. Prior to my legal career I gained extensive education and expertise in the field of rehabilitation medicine. I have provided expert witness testimony in numerous BC Supreme Court and BC Human Rights Tribunal cases. I hold a Business Law Concentration from UBC Law and have corporate business experience. I developed a mediation program for an international organization and guest lecture in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC.
