I am a lawyer, mediator and investigator based in Victoria, BC; working throughout BC and across Canada. Since 2019, I have focussed my practice on mediation, workplace investigation, training and consulting with organizations around conflict in various public and private sector unionized and non-union environments. From 2004 to 2019, I advised and advocated for clients in a broad range of employment, human rights, civil, commercial, estates, property, breach of contract, construction and family disputes, appearing before various levels of Court and Tribunals. I was the co-managing partner of a successful law firm from 2012 to 2019.
I offer a dynamic style and expertise in communication skills, negotiation and fostering a problem-solving approach. I work with clients to design a mediation or facilitation process that is tailored to their needs.
