I have been facilitating since 1990 and moved into Civil and Family mediation formally in 2000. I always strive to combine a deep understanding of human needs with a fast-paced approach, and most of my almost 200 mediation files have taken less than 10 hours. I am a Family Mediation Canada Certified Comprehensive Mediator (see fmc.ca). I have been involved in many businesses over the years and now my leadership and organizational development consulting practice specializes in trust building and feedback.
