I currently mediate in businesses, non-profits and within community settings. As well, I offer training sessions on topics related to conflict resolution and collaborative processes. Restorative Justice has influenced my belief in the wisdom of the participants in finding solutions that fit for them. Creating opportunities for people to come together to communicate, discover and work through challenging situations is what I enjoy doing.

I am interested in strengthening relationships within organizations, between individuals and in community groups through peacemaking practices.
