Nineteen years of effectively managing and resolving complex conflict, such as accommodation and disciplinary issues, in unionized workplaces with employees, uniformed personnel, management, union representatives and human resource personnel. Specialized in both analyzing root causes of conflict within work groups and facilitating restorative processes to manage and resolve complex conflicts in workplaces over time. Twenty years experience in designing and delivering innovative adult training in effective intercultural communication and negotiation both domestically and internationally.

I am also able and willing to travel in BC and the Yukon Territories.

Over the last twenty years, Louise has:
• mediated hundreds of workplace conflicts resulting in healthier workplaces for individuals and teams.
• integrated a trauma informed approach to mediation, facilitation, coaching and team work within unionized environment with Federal government, private business and not for profits.
• designed and delivered innovative adult training in communication and negotiation, both domestically and internationally.
• interest in collaborative projects, and has delivered training on 5 continents.
• a Masters Degree in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education - University of Toronto, certification in both executive and conflict coaching, and a roster mediator member with Mediate BC since 2000.
