Conflict is an inevitable part of life; however, some conflicts arise in our personal or working relationships that have a profound and damaging effect on our lives and communities. If you are involved in a dispute that you cannot resolve, then mediation may help.

I specialize in the areas of family mediation, neighbourhood disputes, conflict in the workplace, parent-teen conflict and restorative practice.

I thoroughly enjoy working with people and I want to help them to put disputes behind them. I provide a safe, comfortable environment in which parties can talk, share information and find solutions. I carefully prepare for each mediation; I strive to understand the complexities underlying each dispute, and I provide a fair and balanced approach to each client.

I have an extensive background in working with individuals, families and organizations, and I bring diverse experience from the education, technology, non-profit and the social services sectors to my mediation practice. I also have enjoyed working with individuals and families from many cultural backgrounds and have conducted mediations with interpreters.

In addition to my work as a mediator, I work as a restorative justice facilitator, coach and trainer.
