I have been involved in mediating and negotiating primarily litigated personal injury matters since 1990. Many of these matters included more complex issues such as catastrophic injuries and head injuries.

I am experienced in working with difficult or anxious personalities. I also have a strong understanding of Occupiers' Liability. Being both analytical and empathetic with great listening skills I have the ability to get to the heart of a mediation and keep all parties on track.

I book only one mediation per day so that you have my complete and undivided attention.

I am Zoom proficient and can work virtually anywhere in BC.

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts with a Nursing background, completion of mediation courses at The Justice Institute and completion of the Court Mediation Practicum Program. Although I do not work as an insurance adjuster I hold my Level 1 Insurance Adjusters licence which keeps me up to date with the complex world of insurance through continuing education at the Insurance Institute of BC.

I have been a member of Mediate BC on the Civil Roster since 2008 and I am a Chartered Mediator with ADRBC.
