I graduated university with a business accounting degree (B. Comm). I am comfortable with accounting issues and number-intensive reports and documents (e.g., financial statements, balance sheets, expert economist reports regarding economic losses and valuations).

I was in-house counsel for a public company for two years (2000-2002). Presently I am in-house counsel for two high-tech companies, managing intellectual property and licensing matters, and employer-employee issues.
