Fifteen years experience mediating in the juvenile justice system including victim-offender cases, parent child disputes, truancy, child protection. Five years teaching in Alternatives to Violence Project in prisons and the community.

I have been working since 1990 in the conflict resolution and the peace making process in the court system, prisons, in schools, churches and overseas in areas of conflict in the Eastern Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, and Tanzania. My work has included group and interpersonal conflict resolution as well as training other facilitators and mediators. I've been in over 3,000 mediations. I am also a facilitator in the Community Justice Centre in Courtenay, BC.
