I have a broad background in social services including working with youth, families and persons with disabilities. I have also worked as a family mediator for the B.C. Provincial Court. Since 1997, my mediation experience in small claims has included construction, debt, community, and relationship. I have developed and facilitated many conflict resolution and mediation training programs for government agencies and the private sector.
