Mediating Large Groups

Do you think of mediation as always being between two people? It is actually a very flexible process that is suitable for more than two parties, including large groups.

Mediator Crystal Phillips talks with us about her experience adapting mediation to suit large groups. In a child protection context, a child may have a large circle of people who are involved in their wellbeing. Mediation can also be adapted to large groups in a workplace, community or non-profit setting, to change culture and create a positive environment based on shared values.
