Join us for a chance to connect with colleagues, celebrate our 2020 Susanna Jani Award winner, and hear from keynote speaker, Angela Sterritt.

Itinerary

5:00-5:50 - Virtual Mingle
Join us on Zoom to mingle with colleagues! You’ll be greeted “at the door” by Mediate BC staff who will help you move around between breakout rooms where you’ll connect with old friends and new. 

6:00-7:00 - Presentations
We’ll take a break and ask everyone to switch to a different zoom link to hear a few words from the Chair, watch the presentation of the Susanna Jani award, and hear from our keynote speaker Angela Sterritt.

About the Keynote Speaker

Angela Sterritt is an award-winning journalist, author of the forthcoming non-fiction book Unbroken, and a Visiting Professor at UBC School of Journalism. She is a proud member of the Gitxsan Nation.
