Family Roster Mediation Details
I have extensive experience working with individuals who have disabilities, mental illness or struggle with addiction. I am also experienced in working with high conflict situations.

$250 - $250 / hour

I have a sliding scale for families with low income who are referred by community agencies or faith-based organizations.

48 hours notice is required for mediation cancellation. If the mediation is cancelled within 48 hours then 50% of the fees for the scheduled time are non-refundable.

I have been working with families navigating conflict since 1995. My experience includes work in child welfare, adoptions, adults and children with disabilities, elders, health care, and mental health. As a social worker, I bring a wide range of professional understanding to my work, which allows me to support each family member based on their needs. I love working with families to make strong parenting plans, and develop fair financial agreements. In my practice, I will design the mediation process to best meet the parties needs. This may include having individual sessions where I share information between the parties, joint sessions where parties communicate with each other, or online sessions. I may even use a mix of all of these methods.

Due to my experience in health care and working with Elders, I have now expanded my practice to offer mediation for families who are planning for an Elder. This can be helpful for navigating estate-planning issues, safety-planning, adult sibling conflicts, improving family communication and ensuring that the Elder's voice as well as other family members are heard.
